New employee in HR system	Upon employment, the KoppelHet Active Directory Integration automatically synchronizes employee information to Active Directory and creates a user
Employee data is changed	The KoppelHet Active Directory Integration retrieves the changed data from the source system (HR system) and ensures that the changes are automatically applied to the correct employee in Active Directory.
Employee changes positions	A job change may affect the applications to which the employee has access. The job change is automatically retrieved from the source system and synchronized to Active Directory.
Employee leaves employment	When an employee is offboarded, you want them to be automatically deactivated in Active Directory so that rights from applications are taken away. When offboarding, the KoppelHet connector automatically deactivates the employee in Active Directory.
Automatically populate the business email address	During the onboarding of a new employee, the business mail address is not always immediately available because an account still needs to be created for this.
